    Orders are delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the user, with deliveries from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.<\/p>

      For perishable products, the warranty does not apply if consumption has begun, if they have been opened, if the expiration date has passed (products are supplied with an expiration date sufficient for consumption), or if the damage is not factory-related but caused by the consumer.<\/p>

      RETURNS<\/h5>

      What happens if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?<\/strong><\/p>

      In this case, VITAMIC\u00ae will replace the product free of charge. To do this, you must send us an email with the following information to support@vitamic.com within 48 hours of receiving the order at your home address: <\/p>

        If you are not satisfied with the goods you purchased, you have the right to withdraw from the contract by returning your purchases.         The returned product must be in perfect condition, with original seal and packaging. We do not accept returns of products that have been opened or show signs of tampering.The refund will be made by the same method used for payment of the order, within a period of no more than 14 calendar days<\/strong> from delivery to our facilities. <\/p>

        DISTRIBUTION, HEALTH-RELATED CLAIMS AND EXTERNAL CONTENT<\/h5>

        The distribution of VITAMIC\u00ae products<\/strong> is only permitted with express written authorization<\/strong> from VITAMIC Europa. Resale or commercial distribution without authorization is prohibited. <\/p>

        APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/h5>
