VITAMIC^® OMEGA 3-6-9 is a natural food supplement in liquid form, formulated from essential fatty acids derived from camelina oil and developed to increase their absorption by the body and therefore maximise their health benefits.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF VITAMIC^® OMEGA 3-6-9?

Omega-3 is composed of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).  Eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acids contribute to normal heart function (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg EPA and DHA). Docosahexaenoic acid contributes to normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg docosahexaenoic acid).

Omega-6 is made up of linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid. Alpha-linolenic and linoleic acids contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of alpha-linolenic acid or 10 mg of linoleic acid).

Omega-9 is found naturally in foods containing oleic acid, such as nuts and olive oil.

HOW TO TAKE VITAMIC^® OMEGA 3-6-9

Dilute in water, juice or tea. Preferably 20-30 minutes before meals.

Water, Emulsifier (gum arabic), Camelina oil of which omega 3 fatty acids (13.5mg), omega 6 fatty acids (6.6mg), omega 9 fatty acids (10.1mg).
