WHAT IS TURMERIC?

Turmeric (or Curcuma) root comes from India, has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine and is characterised by its main active ingredient, curcumin. Turmeric is a spice traditionally used for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. HOW TO TAKE VITAMIC® CURCUMA

Dilute in water, juice or tea. Preferably 2 x daily, 20-30 minutes before meals.

Does NOT contain milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy or wheat.
