Customer Support

Customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm. Please write us to: support@vitamic.com or use the button below to submit a message through our contact form. 

Shopping at Vitamic.com is easy:

  1. Register in our online shop or log in with your customer account.
  2. Visit our product catalogue and add the products you want to buy to the shopping basket.
  3. Confirm your order: enter your billing and shipping details and choose your payment method.
  4. Receive your order.

One step before confirming your order, you will be presented with a screen with the complete details of your purchase. You will see the items in your order and their price at the time of purchase, shipping costs, payment method and handling fees, if applicable. We will send you an e-mail with all the details of your order. We always ship orders after confirmation of payment.

We offer free shipping to most European countries. However, if your country is not in our free shipping zone, it will be granted once the total amount of your order exceeds 150€.

At Vitamic.com we accept the following payment methods for orders:

  • SOFORT

  1. Register in our online shop or log in with your customer account.
  2. Visit our product catalogue and add the products you want to buy to the shopping cart.
  3. On the cart page you will be prompted for a Coupon Code. You will also be able to enter your Code on the checkout page. 
  4. Enter your coupon code and click on “Apply Coupon”.
  5. Your discount should immediately apply to you cart total.

Please, contact our customer support if you have any issues with your promo or coupon code.

The returned product must be in perfect condition, with its original seal and packaging. We will not accept the return of any product that has been opened or shows signs of tampering. The direct costs incurred by the return must be borne by the Customer.

The refund will be made using the same method used for payment of the order within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from delivery to our facilities.

We will replace the product at no cost to you. To do so, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order at your home address by sending an e-mail to info@vitamic.com with the following information:

  • Customer’s name
  • Order number and date
  • Name of the product
  • Reason for return

In the case of a damaged product, it will also be necessary to attach a photograph of the packaging and the product.

What if I have the wrong product or after receiving it, I decide I am not interested in it?

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased, you have the right to withdraw from the contract by returning your purchases. You may exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 30 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods.
