Does VITAMIC need to be stored in the refrigerator?
No, normal room temperature is perfectly sufficient. It is important that the pipette does not touch anything when dosing – no glass, no water, and definitely not your mouth. This keeps the product uncontaminated and ensures it lasts until the printed best-before date.
How long does VITAMIC last after opening?
VITAMIC is shelf-stable until the printed best-before date, provided the pipette is handled cleanly and the product is not contaminated. We strongly recommend not dripping the drops directly into your mouth, as bacteria can contaminate the pipette.
Can I combine BIOSEN and ZEROLIMITS?
Yes, you can theoretically combine them, but you should make sure not to exceed the stated maximum recommended amount in total. Curcumin, Boswellia, and Vitamin C overlap in both products.
Is VITAMIC vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free?
Yes, all three. VITAMIC is completely vegan, as well as lactose- and gluten-free.
From what age is VITAMIC suitable?
VITAMIC is recommended from the age of 12.
Is VITAMIC suitable during pregnancy?
We do not recommend taking it during pregnancy. In this case, please speak with your doctor.
Can I take VITAMIC together with medication?
If you regularly take medication, we recommend clarifying this with your doctor beforehand. This generally applies to all dietary supplements.

How long does shipping take?
We ship from our home in Spain to the entire EU. You’ll receive your VITAMIC order at home within 2-4 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Spain and usually arrives within 2 to 3 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs a flat rate of €5.90 to Germany, Switzerland, and all other EU countries. Shipping to Austria is always free.
When is shipping free?
For orders over €100, shipping costs are automatically waived. This corresponds, for example, to two bottles of BIOSEN or ZEROLIMITS in any combination.
Do you also deliver outside the EU?
Currently, we deliver to all EU countries and Switzerland. Deliveries to the UK or other countries outside the EU are not currently standard. If you are planning a larger order, please feel free to write to us at support@vitamic.com and we will see what we can do for you.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
No, there is no minimum subscription period at VITAMIC. You can flexibly pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

Can I adjust the delivery cycle of my subscription?
Yes, you can choose between the available subscription options. Individual adjustments to the cycle beyond that are currently not possible.
