GENERAL INFORMATION

All purchases made at Vitamic.life (hereinafter referred to as the online shop) are subject to the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document. The “legal notice” requires the user to read it carefully. Our online shop is exonerated from liability for ignorance of the conditions of purchase. The contents and information appearing on these pages are for information purposes only and have been extracted from materials already published; they do not constitute opinions or advice of any kind.

Our online shop is not responsible for the incorrect use of the information contained in its pages. No part of this site may be reproduced in any other medium without the express permission of our online shop.

The personal data provided by the user will be used for the sole purpose of sending the requested products. Our online shop undertakes not to transfer your personal data to other companies.

CONTRACTING

In order to place an order, it is necessary that the user, before or during the course of the order, registers as a customer, for which he/she will be taken to a page to freely and voluntarily provide the personal data and information necessary to open an account if it is the first order or to identify him/herself if he/she already has an account.
The user will select a user name and password, undertaking to make diligent use of the same and not to make them available to third parties, as well as to notify the provider of the loss or theft of the same or possible access by an unauthorised third party, so that the provider proceeds to the immediate blocking.

Once the user account has been created, it is reported that in accordance with the requirements of art. 27 of Law 34/2002 of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow the following steps:

  • Select the specific products for purchase
  • Add them to the virtual basket
  • Check that the products that have been added to the virtual shopping basket are the ones you really want
  • Validate the purchase

Once the operation has been completed and within 24 hours, an e-mail will be sent to you with confirmation of your purchase and details of the transaction carried out, indicating all the characteristics, price, means of transport, date of purchase and estimated delivery of the product.

The user is solely responsible for the choice of the product that is the object of the sale and purchase, as well as the use or function for which it is intended. Consequently, the provider is not responsible for and does not guarantee that the product is suitable for the applications intended by the user, or to achieve, in whole or in part, the objectives envisaged by the user when purchasing the products.

DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT

National (within Spain)

  • Deliveries will be made by the transport company MRW.
  • Shipping costs are: 4,95€.
  • Free shipping for orders over 100€.

We do NOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Europe – EU

  • Deliveries will be made by the transport company UPS (may vary)
  • Free shipping for orders over 150€

Europe – Non-EU

  • Free shipping for orders over 150€

Rest of the World 

  • For deliveries to countries outside of Europe, please get in touch for a bespoke budget.

The delivery of orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the user, deliveries from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

 

If the product is not available, the user will be informed within this period of this circumstance and, in this case, the delivery period may be extended up to a maximum of 30 calendar days from the placing of the order, unless the user expresses their disagreement within 48 hours of being informed of the unavailability of the product, in which case they will be immediately reimbursed the amounts they have paid.

The provider assumes no liability whatsoever if the delivery of the product cannot be made as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for other reasons attributable to the recipient (e.g. absence).

Without prejudice to the foregoing, the provider will take the measures required of a diligent merchant so that delivery can be made within the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of the sender and the recipient, so that no liability can be imputed to the provider.

AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that our website or the content on it will always be available or error-free. For operational reasons such as maintenance, repair or upgrades to the site, the service may be interrupted, and it may be necessary to change or suspend the availability of any content, products or services at any time without notice.

PRICES

The prices published in our online shop are expressed in euros and include VAT (in countries or areas where this tax is exempt, it will be deducted at the time of purchase) and are valid except for typographical errors or end of stock. Our online shop reserves the right to modify products, promotions, commercial conditions and prices at any time and without prior notice to the customer.

PAYMENT METHODS

Our transactions are totally secure and encrypted by SSL security, our server is secure with HTTPS protocol. For security reasons www.vitamic.life does not, under any circumstance, handle your credit card details. Credit card fraud is a crime, this company will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online shop.

Payment via PayPal

We offer secure payment through PayPal, so you can pay with PayPal without entering your debit or credit card details. You can also pay with PayPal without opening an account. This means that PayPal will not save your details after the purchase. There is a 2% handling fee for this payment method.

Card payments via STRIPE

Alternatively you can also pay with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via STRIPE.

Bank Transfer 

Bank transfer (or wire transfer) using the details supplied after checkout. Payments using this method, must be made in advance. Orders for which the advance payment by bank transfer has not been received within 20 working days will be automatically cancelled. 

 

SOFORT

Sofort, allows you to make a fast and easy payment of your online purchases using your online banking details. We receive real-time confirmation of the transfer and can release the order immediately.

 

GUARANTEES

For perishable products, the guarantee does not apply if they have begun to be consumed, if they have been opened, if the expiry date has passed (the products will be delivered with a sufficient expiry date for consumption) or if the damage is not factory-made, but has been caused by the consumer.

In the event that the product purchased has a defect, you can contact us by email at info@vitamic.life, at the address Cap Negret 61, 03590 Altea (Alicante) or by any other means and we will indicate the procedure for its return or exchange. These procedures will in no case involve a cost to the customer.

RETURNS

What happens if I receive a damaged, defective or wrong product?

In this case, VITAMIC® will replace the product at no cost to you. To do so, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order at your home address by sending an e-mail to info@vitamic.life with the following information:

  • Customer’s name
  • Order number and date
  • Name of the product
  • Reason for return

In the case of a damaged product, it will also be necessary to attach a photograph of the packaging and the product.

What if I have the wrong product or after receiving it I decide I am not interested in it?

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased, you have the right to withdraw from the contract by returning your purchases. You may exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 30 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us unequivocally (e.g. by email to info@vitamic.life) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

You must send or deliver the goods directly to our facilities located at Cap Negret 61, 03590 Altea (Alicante) within the period indicated. The direct costs incurred by the return must be borne by the Customer.

The returned product must be in perfect condition, with its original seal and packaging. We will not accept the return of any product that has been opened or shows signs of tampering.
The refund will be made using the same method used for payment of the order within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from delivery to our facilities.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The use of our website and contracts for the purchase of products through this website shall be governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, fulfilment or termination of this contract shall be subject to the Jurisdiction and Jurisdiction of the relevant Courts and Tribunals of the User’s domicile, provided that the applicable legislation so permits.

As this is a purchase made online through our website, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, we inform you that you have the right to request with us an out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes accessible through the Internet address http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
